Thank you, David. I love lists! I was born in 1952. I have not found that year among your lists. Did I miss it? In the mean time, have you read the Irish novelist Tana French? She writes murder mysteries on another scale of brilliance altogether.

I did 1952 when I had my old page, but the way I'm doing it now is much more expansive. I'll start with what I had and update it. I'm posting 1946 tomorrow, then I've got 1971, then I'll do yours. And now I haven't read Tana French, but she seems to be everywhere. Thanls for commenting!

This is great to know. I've long known about the lists, or The Grand List, but never had the history of it. There are so many title you mention that I've never even heard of, let alone read; my list is growing longer as my days grow shorter.
